Dashi Journey in France : First Snow in Paris and Japanese Plant-Based Dashi

Mid-November 2025. Just as the first snow of the season began to fall in Paris, we visited France for a special business trip.
Amidst the crisp, cold winter air of France, we introduced two of our proudest creations: the "Dashi Cocktail Plant-Based Series" and our "Plant-Based Dashi Miso Powder."

For the people of France, the gastronomic capital of the world, we specifically selected products crafted from purely plant-derived ingredients for this visit.
In Japan, "Dashi" forms the foundation of our cuisine. Similarly, France has its own magnificent culture of extracting flavor and umami over time, deeply rooted in traditions like "Bouillon" and "Fond."
As we offered tastings to the locals, we were incredibly inspired by their delicate palates, their endless curiosity for food, and the deep pride they hold for their own culinary heritage.
We are excited to imagine how traditional Japanese "UMAMI" will be interpreted by French sensibilities to create entirely new dishes. We can hardly wait to see the results of this collaboration.
We hope this "Dashi Journey" will serve as a bridge connecting our two culinary worlds.
